 The IT services market in Russia grew 18 percent to $5,230 million in 2008, according to IDC. IT system integration and IT consulting accounted for 21.1 percent and 15.3 percent of the market, respectively. The software development market in Russia reached almost $700 million or 13.3 percent of IT services market.
