The Russian online consumer shopping holding eHouse has acquired 003.ru, online shop that sells consumer electronics and home appliances, from Marta holding, reported CNews. Through the acquisition, eHouse becomes the leader in online shopping in Russia. According to analyst estimates, the deal is valued at $10 million.
