The consortium of private equity firms Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund (MRIF), ADM Capital, UFG Private Equity Fund II and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has invested $100 million in Russian Towers, an independent operator and developer of telecommunications tower infrastructure in Russia.
