The private equity firm Da Vinci Capital invested $17.8 million in EPAM Systems, the Eastern Europe and Russia’s largest software development outsourcing services provider, reported RBC Daily. Volga River One Capital Partners agreed to invest some $20 million for 49.6 percent interest in Metromax, a Samara-based wireless broadband operator, says business daily Vedomosti.
