Volga River One Capital Partners agreed to invest some $20 million for 49.6 percent interest in Metromax, a Samara-based wireless broadband operator, says business daily Vedomosti. The deal follows two other investments in Russia in 2008 that were led by the private equity funds: Quadriga in Tascom and Bessemer in Enforta.
