The leading Russian search engine Yandex has reached 50 million searches per day, the company announced on its corporate blog. This number includes searches made on Yandex partner sites Mail.ru, Tut.by, Quintura.ru, and others that use Yandex.XML to power search results.

The leading Russian search engine Yandex agreed to acquire SMIlink, the leading Russian road traffic information service operating in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
