Evernote was named top web startup in Russia several times.
Troika invested $4.5 million in online and mobile note making service Evernote in late 2008. Troika was the first institutional investor in Evernote. Troika paricipated in the next Evernote‘s investment round in 2009. Launched in 2008, has 20 million registered users.
Sequoia leaded Evernote‘s $50 million growth round together with previous investor Morgenthaler Ventures in July 2011.
