EURASIA Cinemas, a newly created cinema holding controlled by A1 Group acquired a 51.9 percent majority stake in the largest Turkish cinema chain AFM Cinemas for $28.5 million, reports Turkish Daily News. Lee Wilkins, the founder of MyKinda recently revealed on its blog that MyKinda is closing operations in Russia, Bulgaria and Ukraine. Novell announced today it agreed to acquire virtualization data center management software vendor PlateSpin for $205 million.
